Dealers Score Well in Consumer Reports Survey

Hereês a survey dealers may want to share with their customers. According to a Consumer Reports mail survey of readers’ experiences with more than 130,000 vehicles, owners of 68 percent of the vehicles in the survey said they were very satisfied with their car-buying experience, while 25 percent were moderately satisfied. Only 6 percent reported they were somewhat dissatisfied, and 2 percent were very dissatisfied.

Anyway you cut it, those are excellent numbers from an organization that has traditionally been a tough dealer critic.
