American Service Center will celebrate its 75th year in Arlington, VA next week with the grand opening of its new Autohaus Showroom on Glebe Rd.

ASC began operations in Arlington as a gas station in 1936 and then a Studebaker dealership in 1937. It opened its Mercedes-Benz dealership in 1957, which it has maintained ever since (Mercedes, Just Mercedes). Operated by Morty Zetlin and Alvin Brooks, who were later joined by Mark Zetlin, ASC added a sister store in recent years, Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria where WANADA member, Ralph Mastantuono, is the executive vice president.

WANADA congratulates ASC on its many years as a Washington area dealer organization and extends every best wish for continued success.
