After this summers Hall of Fame classic and two decades, Bobby Mitchell is stepping out
[I]Golf foursome and contributor positions still available at WANADA-sponsored tourney, July 9-10, 2011[/I]Washington Redskins great Bobby Mitchell and his wife Gwen are retiring from his namesake celebrity golf classic in support of blood cancer research that has been held each year for the past 21 in the Washington area. This years tournament at Lansdowne Resort in Leesburg, VA will be Bobbys last as host of the Bobby Mitchell Hall of Fame Classic (BMC) that has raised more than $7 million for leukemia /lymphoma research over the years. It has also brought together scores of Hall of Fame legends from the NFL and NBA who each year assembled for two days of great golf and camaraderie with Washington area dealers and other business community leaders.
If you have not already committed your support to this years BMC, its not too late! Included in the WANADA Bulletin today is a WANADA letter and form that lists the various ways you can join fellow dealers in support of this special event.
