F&I Professional Certification Program, Friday, Jan. 26, 2007

Running concurrently with our Tag & Title Seminar, WANADA, in conjunction with MADA, will be offering the popular F&I Certification Program on Friday, Jan. 26, 2007, at the Washington Convention Center. The full day program, conducted by specialists from JM&A, is designed to ensure that F&I operations deliver customer value and are compliant with the various laws that affect them.

The program ensures that everyone is up-to-date on what is needed in today’s F&I department. It covers various federal and state finance disclosures and consumer laws, along with privacy and best practices. At the end of the training, a test is administered, which will be the basis of the certification. The cost per F&I professional is $199, which includes breakfast and lunch.
