F&I Certification Workshop

This popular one-day workshop is recommended for all F&I managers and is a sure-fire way to stay up to speed on the array of consumer protection requirements. The workshop will cover the following topics: Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices, Tax Reform Act 1984 and FinCen Form 8300, Truth in Lending Act – Regulation Z, Consumer Leasing Concept- Regulation M, Rate Spread, Equal Credit Opportunity Act- Regulation B, Fair Credit Reporting Act & FACT Act, Gramm-Leach Bliley Act, Magunson-Moss Warranty Act, and USAPatriot Act & OFAC.

At the end of the workshop participants will have learned best practices for reviewing paperwork, general compliance and effective marketing approaches. Participants also sit for a test at the end of the day that results in certification for those who pass. The cost is $199 per person.
