Last weeks Bulletin incorrectly stated that Richard Cordray had resigned as director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at the end of June. He remained CFPDs director through President Obamas recess appointment and gained Congressional approval on Tuesday, July 16th. Richard Hackett, the Bureaus assistant director in charge of auto finance, left at the end of June.
